            Though Nienna is one of the Aratar ( one of the eight greatest Valar ) she very seldom puts her abilities to use. She is a being that observes the pain and suffering of others and she mourns for them – but she also believes in them. Hopes that her belief alone may have some impact on their actions and reactions. She remains painfully aware of the fact that the very souls she watches over would likely deem her very cruel to always watch but never to intervene.

         It is simply not her place to do so. And from sorrow comes wisdom. For her to intervene is not in their best interest. That is her sincere belief. She has a lot more power than she will ever let on or use. Violence is not her way and despite her merciful ways, neither is protection. She comforts when damage has already been done but she will not disrupt the natural flow of events by helping those who suffers.

       Her powers are most frequently used for observation and transportation. At times she may choose to survey someone up close or from afar. Despite the possibilities this is all she is willing to do. She fears to come in close contact is often too meddling of her.


ｍｉｓｇｕｉｄｅｄ

            ♕; Even those who others deem evil are not deserving of eternal hatred. Everyone is deserving of forgiveness and to forgive is to free yourself of the sour notes that have accumulated in your life. To forgive and show mercy is to do what you deserve.

                 Those who are filled with hatred are not evil. They are misguided. Unable to turn themselves towards a path that may lead them to harmonious living. They are to be pitied and aided where possible. Persecution does not help the misguided. 

                                           patience and absolution are required.
